All fees, including a non-refundable design fee for all custom orders, are requested at time of the order. We accept all major credit cards, bank checks, and money orders. Orders with personal checks will begin production once bank clearance has been received. Shipping and mailing will be included in final charge. Additional charges may apply for excess changes to design piece, changes in mailing or list services that are not the responsibilty of the mailer. There will be a non-refundable design fee for all canceled orders. Fee may vary according to time spent on piece. Flat-fees will not change for provided artwork.
